Professional Family is a geriatric care management company serving Jefferson City and the surrounding central Missouri area. Jan Sonnenberg founded and is the principal employee of the company. Jan specializes in assisting older adults and their families through expert assessment, arranging for needed services, and offering counseling and support services. Jan’s knowledge about the services available in the local area helps save both time and money. Jan coordinates the various government, private and community services available, and acts as liaison for distant families.
In April of 2007 Jan became the first Certified Care Manager in the Jefferson City area. This certification assures her clients that she has the education, knowledge, expertise and experience necessary to help in their difficult situations.
